How To Link Aadhaar With SBI Bank Account

The government has made it mandatory for people to link their Aadhaar with their bank account. Banks have also been given the authority to deactivate accounts that are not linked with Aadhaar. The process of linking your account with Aadhaar can be done offline mode only.

SBI account link with Aadhaar

If you want to link your Aadhaar with your bank account through offline mode then you can follow below given steps:-

  • Step1 Fill Aadhaar linking form.

  • Step2 Visit your bank branch with a photo copy of your Aadhaar card and with pre filled Aadhaar linking form as shown in above image.
  • Step3 Submit the above with the Xerox copy of Aadhaar letter.

You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number regarding the status of seeding.
