How To Link Aadhaar with LPG

The PAHAL (DBTL) scheme was earlier launched on 1st June 2013 and finally covered 291 districts. It required the consumer to mandatory have an Aadhaar number for availing LPG subsidy. Under this scheme, the LPG consumers can now receive subsidy in their bank account.

Document requires to link Aadhaar with LPG

1. Two copies of PAHAL Scheme joining form
2. Two copies of Aadhaar card
3. Two copy of your gas connection pass book
4. One copy of your bank account passbook/canceled cheque/bank statement

If you have not linked your Aadhaar to your LPG connection and to your Bank Account then you will not receive LPG subsidy. To link Aadhaar with LPG connection you need to fill a form for that you can follow below given steps:-

1 Fill form for distributor

To get subsidy into your account you need to fill two form one form for Distributor and second for Bank, to fill form for distributor you can follow below given steps.

Step1 Download form

To Link Aadhaar with LPG you need to apply for PAHAL form. Please click on download form link given below. Download this form and print it out to fill this form.

Step2 Write your Distributor Name

After downloading the form you need to first write your Distributor name in one copy write your Bank name and in second copy write your Distributor name then write your District and State.

Step3 Mark tick on "If you have Aadhaar"

As you want to link your Aadhaar to your LPG connection you need to mark tick on"If you have Aadhaar".

Step4 Write LPG connection details

Now you need to fill the "Part A" to provide your LPG connection details, in the form you need to first write your "LPG consumer Number" you can find it into your gas connection book after that you need to write your 17 digit LPG ID if you don't know your LPG ID you can check here toknow your LPG ID after that you need to write your name as written in your gas connection book and then write your current mobile number.

Step5 Write Aadhaar details

After filling the "Part A" now you need to fill "Part B" to provide your Aadhaar details. First you need to write your Name as per your Aadhaar after that enter your Aadhaar number.

Step6 Give your signature

Now you need to write your place and date after that you need sign the form and then give it to the distributor he will give you the acknowledge slip.

After filling the form attach a photo copy of your Aadhaar and a photo copy of your gas connection passbook and give this to your distributor.

2 Fill form for Bank

To get subsidy into your account you need to fill this form, to fill form for Bank you can follow below given steps.

Step2 Write your Bank Name

After downloading the form you need to first write your Bank name in one copy write your Bank name and in second copy write your Bank name then write your District and State.

Step3 Mark tick on "If you have Aadhaar"

As you want to link your Aadhaar to your LPG connection you need to mark tick on"If you have Aadhaar".

Now you need to give your bank particulars for that you need to fill "Part C" to "Part C" you need to first Write your Name in block letter as per you bank account after that you need to write your Bank Name after that write your Branch Name and IFSC Code and at last write your account number.

Step7 Give your signature

Now you need to write your place and date after that you need sign the form and then give it to the distributor he will give you the acknowledge slip.
